Georgia High School Soccer - Hillgrove nudges River Ridge

Hillgrove Hawks (Powder Springs, GA) fans were thrilled Saturday as they observed their soccer team hold off the host River Ridge Knights (Woodstock, GA), 4-3 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Hawks confront the Colquitt County Packers (Norman Park, GA) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, April 13. Hillgrove will attempt to better on its 10-5 season record. The Packers enter the challenge with a 10-3 record after their 6-0 league win over Lowndes (Valdosta, GA).
The Knights now have a 12-6 record. They take the field next when they host Alexander for a non-league challenge on Friday, April 15. River Ridge will confront a Cougars team coming off a 2-2 non-league Chapel Hill (Douglasville, GA). The Cougars record now stands at 12-4.
