In Saturday's non-league contest, the Archbishop Spalding Cavaliers (Severn, MD) softball team overwhelmed the host Sussex Tech Ravens (Georgetown, DE), by a margin of 19-4.
With the triumph, Archbishop Spalding moves its record to 7-0 on the year. The Cavaliers travel to Mount de Sales Academy (Catonsville, MD) to play the Sailors in a IAAM contest on Tuesday, April 12. The Sailors come into the contest with a record of 0-1. Mount de Sales Academy lost 11-1 in their recent non-league contest against Northern (Owings, MD)
In their next game, the Ravens play the Laurel Bulldogs (Laurel, DE) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, April 14. Sussex Tech will attempt to move on its 0-4 season record.
