The Silver Creek Dragons softball team scored 5 runs and limited the host New Albany Bulldogs to 3 in the Dragons non-league triumph on Saturday.

With the triumph, Silver Creek improves its record to 4-3 on the year. The Dragons host Charlestown (Charlestown, IN) to clash with the Pirates in a Mid-Southern game on Monday, April 11. The Pirates come into the game with a record of 3-1. Charlestown lost 18-2 in their recent league game against Corydon Central (Corydon, IN)

In their next game, the Bulldogs clash with the Floyd Central Highlanders (Floyds Knobs, IN) in a Hoosier Hills game, on Tuesday, April 12. New Albany will attempt to improve on its 4-1 season record. The Highlanders come into the game with a 5-5 record after their 12-3 league win over Columbus East (Columbus, IN).
