Idaho High School Softball - Sugar-Salem topped by West Jefferson

In Saturday's non-league contest, the West Jefferson Panthers (Terreton, ID) softball team overwhelmed the visiting Sugar-Salem Diggers (Sugar City, ID), by a margin of 14-2.
With the triumph, West Jefferson moves its record to 5-2 on the year. The Panthers travel to Ririe (Ririe, ID) to play the Bulldogs in a 2A Nuclear contest on Wednesday, April 13. The Bulldogs come into the contest with a record of 0-7.
In their next game, the Diggers play the Bonneville Bees (Idaho Falls, ID) in a non-league contest, on Monday, April 11. Sugar-Salem will attempt to move on its 8-8 season record. The Bees come into the contest with a 2-8 record after their 15-0 non-league loss to Thunder Ridge (Idaho Falls, ID).
