The Start Spartans baseball team scored 16 runs and limited the visiting Waite Indians to 0 in the Spartans league victory on Tuesday.
The Spartans (1-4) will now prepare for their match against Woodward (Toledo, OH). The Polar Bears go into the Toledo City match with a 0-2 record. In their last match, Woodward was overwhelmed by Sandusky (Sandusky, OH), 16-3, in a non-league match.
The Indians (1-2) will now prepare for their match against Rogers (Toledo, OH). The Rams go into the Toledo City match with a 0-3 record. In their last match, Rogers was overwhelmed by Antwerp (Antwerp, OH), 7-1, in a non-league match.
