Tennessee High School Lacrosse - Summit drops to Independence

In Tuesday's non-league contest, the Independence Eagles (Thompson's Station, TN) lacrosse squad routed the host Summit Spartans (Spring Hill, TN), by a count of 13-5.

Coming up next, the Eagles confront the Brentwood Bruins (Brentwood, TN) in a Central South contest, on Friday, April 12. Independence will attempt to advance on its 7-4 season record. The Bruins come into the contest with a 9-1 record after their 11-10 non-league win over Briarcrest Christian (Eads, TN).

The Spartans now own a 2-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Franklin for a non-league contest on Thursday, April 11. Summit will confront a Admirals squad coming off a 11-3 non-league loss to Ravenwood (Brentwood, TN). The Admirals record now stands at 9-4.
