The Lugoff-Elgin Demons softball team scored 18 runs and limited the visiting Richland Northeast Cavaliers to 3 in the Demons non-league triumph on Tuesday.
With the triumph, Lugoff-Elgin improves its record to 1-1 on the year. The Demons host Camden (Camden, SC) to clash with the Bulldogs in a non-league game on Wednesday, April 10. The Bulldogs come into the game with a record of 0-1.
In their next game, the Cavaliers clash with the Westwood Redhawks (Blythewood, SC) in a game, on Tuesday, April 23. Richland Northeast will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record.
