Putnam City Pirates (Oklahoma City, OK) fans were pleased Tuesday as they observed their soccer team hold off the host Grant Generals (Oklahoma City, OK), 1-0 in a league challenge.

Next, the Pirates confront the Edmond Memorial Bulldogs (Edmond, OK) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, April 12. Putnam City will attempt to better on its 6-7 season record.

The Generals now have a 5-7 record. They take the field next when they host Capitol Hill for a non-league challenge on Thursday, April 11. Grant will confront a Redwolves team coming off a 4-3 non-league loss to Putnam City West (Oklahoma City, OK). The Redwolves record now stands at 7-3.
