The Montgomery County Indians (Mt. Sterling, KY) baseball the host Cooper Jaguars (Union, KY), 4-1 in Wednesday's non-league challenge.
The Indians now own a 8-4 record. They take the field next when they host Rowan County for a non-league challenge on Thursday, April 10. Montgomery County will clash with a Vikings team coming off a 11-8 non-league win over Lewis County (Vanceburg, KY). The Vikings record now stands at 10-4.
With the defeat, Cooper drops to 3-5 on the year. The Jaguars travel to St. Henry (Erlanger, KY) to clash with the Crusaders in a non-league challenge on Friday, April 11. The Crusaders go into the challenge with a record of 1-8. St. Henry lost 10-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Newport Central Catholic (Newport, KY)
