The Lutheran Northwest Crusaders baseball team scored 5 runs and held the visiting Hazel Park Vikings to 2 in the Crusaders non-league win on Wednesday.

The Crusaders now own a 3-0 record. They take the field next when they host Our Lady of the Lakes for a non-league test on Thursday, April 10. Lutheran Northwest will clash with a Lakers team coming off a 10-0 league loss to Cabrini (Allen Park, MI). The Lakers record now stands at 0-4.

With the defeat, Hazel Park drops to 1-4 on the year. The Vikings host South Lake (St. Clair Shores, MI) to clash with the Cavaliers in a Macomb Area - Bronze test on Thursday, April 10. The Cavaliers go into the test with a record of 0-0.
