Birmingham Patriots (Lake Balboa, CA) backers exited the stadium satisfied Wednesday as they saw their lacrosse team gain a win over the host Westridge Tigers (Pasadena, CA), 10-7 in a non-league game.

With the victory, Birmingham improves its record to 2-0 on the season.

The Tigers now have a 1-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Glendale for a game on Friday, April 11. Westridge will play a Nitros team coming off a 8-2 league win over La Canada (La Canada, CA). The Nitros record now stands at 3-5.
