The Conant Cougars (Hoffman Estates, IL) lacrosse nudged the host Stevenson Patriots (Lincolnshire, IL), 4-3 in Wednesday's non-league outing.
The Cougars now own a 3-2 record. They take the field next when they host Naperville North for a non-league outing on Saturday, April 12. Conant will face a Huskies squad coming off a 18-6 non-league win over St. Francis (Wheaton, IL). The Huskies record now stands at 2-4.
With the loss, Stevenson falls to 2-7 on the year. The Patriots host Rockwood Summit (Fenton, MO) to face the Falcons in a non-league outing on Friday, April 11. The Falcons go into the outing with a record of 0-1. Rockwood Summit lost 14-12 in their recent non-league outing against O'Fallon (O'Fallon, IL)
