The St. Francis Gladiators soccer squad scored 7 points and held the visiting Grayling Vikings to 0 in the Gladiators league victory on Wednesday.
The Gladiators now possess a 2-0 record. They play next when they host Williamston for a non-league bout on Saturday, April 12. St. Francis will play a Hornets squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Fowlerville (Fowlerville, MI). The Hornets record now stands at 2-1.
With the loss, Grayling moves to 0-1 on the year. The Vikings host Elk Rapids (Elk Rapids, MI) to play the Elks in a Lake Michigan bout on Thursday, April 10. The Elks go into the bout with a record of 0-1. Elk Rapids lost 2-1 in their recent league bout against Harbor Springs (Harbor Springs, MI)
