Marist RedHawks (Chicago, IL) backers exited the stadium pleased Wednesday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Marian Catholic Spartans (Chicago Heights, IL), 9-0 in a league test.

With the triumph, Marist advances its record to 5-3 on the campaign. The RedHawks travel to Stagg (Palos Hills, IL) to clash with the Chargers in a non-league test on Thursday, April 10. The Chargers come into the test with a record of 4-4. Stagg lost 3-2 in their recent non-league test against Joliet West (Joliet, IL)

The Spartans now have a 1-5 record. They take the field next when they host Chicago Christian for a non-league test on Thursday, April 10. Marian Catholic will clash with a Knights team coming off a 6-1 non-league win over Morgan Park Academy (Chicago, IL). The Knights record now stands at 1-7.
