Fans at Wednesday's non-league battle between the West Florence Knights (Florence, SC) and the host Myrtle Beach Seahawks (Myrtle Beach, SC), saw West Florence's soccer squad knock off Myrtle Beach by a count of 4-1.

The Knights (15-2) will now prepare for their battle against Sumter (Sumter, SC). The Gamecocks enter the AAAAA Region 5 battle with a 4-11 record. In their last battle, Sumter tipped Lakewood (Sumter, SC), 9-0, in a non-league battle.

Next up, the Seahawks battle the Socastee Braves (Myrtle Beach, SC) in a AAAAA Region 6 battle, on Friday, April 11. Myrtle Beach will attempt to upgrade on its 3-8 season record. The Braves enter the battle with a 7-6 record after their 3-0 league win over North Myrtle Beach (Little River, SC).
