The Grand Island Islanders (Grand Island, NE) baseball trounced the host Lincoln High Links (Lincoln, NE), 12-0 in Wednesday's non-league challenge.

The Islanders now own a 7-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Norfolk for a non-league challenge on Thursday, April 10.

With the defeat, Lincoln High drops to 1-4 on the year. The Links travel to Lincoln Southwest (Lincoln, NE) to clash with the Silver Hawks in a non-league challenge on Friday, April 18. The Silver Hawks go into the challenge with a record of 4-2.
