The Harnett Central Trojans baseball team scored 15 runs and held the host Triton Hawks to 0 in the Trojans league win on Wednesday.
The Trojans now own a 11-2 record. They take the field next when they host Hoke County for a non-league test on Monday, April 14. Harnett Central will play a Bucks team coming off a 8-2 non-league loss to Pinecrest (Southern Pines, NC). The Bucks record now stands at 2-10.
With the defeat, Triton drops to 6-6 on the year. The Hawks travel to Western Harnett (Lillington, NC) to play the Eagles in a test on Tuesday, April 15. The Eagles go into the test with a record of 5-12. Western Harnett won 11-4 in their recent non-league test against E.E. Smith (Fayetteville, NC)
