The Springfield Yellow Jackets baseball squad (Springfield, TN), 5-2 in Wednesday's non-league contest with the host Logan County Cougars (Russellville, KY)

With the triumph, Logan County moves its record to 4-1 on the season. The Cougars host Russell County (Russell Springs, KY) to confront the Lakers in a non-league contest on Saturday, April 19. The Lakers come into the contest with a record of 3-0.

The Yellow Jackets now possess a 0-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host East Robertson for a non-league contest on Thursday, April 10.
