The Wayland Warriors (Wayland, MA) baseball trounced the visiting Weston Wildcats (Weston, MA), 13-3 in Wednesday's non-league challenge.
The Warriors now own a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Westford Academy for a non-league challenge on Monday, April 14. Wayland will clash with a Grey Ghosts team coming off a 4-3 non-league win over Bishop Fenwick (Peabody, MA). The Grey Ghosts record now stands at 1-0.
With the defeat, Weston drops to 0-1 on the year. The Wildcats travel to Abington (Abington, MA) to clash with the Green Wave in a non-league challenge on Thursday, April 10. The Green Wave go into the challenge with a record of 0-0.
