In Wednesday's league challenge, the host Andrew Thunderbolts lacrosse squad scored a tight 4-3 triumph over the Lincoln-Way West Warriors.

The Thunderbolts (3-1) will now prepare for their challenge against St. Rita (Chicago, IL). The Mustangs go into the non-league challenge with a 1-2 record. In their last challenge, St. Rita was nipped by Chicago Mt. Carmel (Chicago, IL), 7-6, in a league challenge.

Next, the Warriors clash with the Benet Academy Redwings (Lisle, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, April 12. Lincoln-Way West will attempt to advance on its 4-1 season record. The Redwings come into the battle with a 1-1 record after their 12-2 non-league loss to York (Elmhurst, IL).
