Washington High School Softball - Puyallup edges Yelm

The Puyallup Vikings softball team scored 3 runs and held the host Yelm Tornados to 1 in the Vikings non-league win on Wednesday.
The Vikings now sport a 6-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Olympia for a non-league battle on Tuesday, April 15. Puyallup will confront a Bears team coming off a 10-7 non-league win over North Thurston (Lacey, WA). The Bears record now stands at 5-2.
With the loss, Yelm moves to 5-4 on the season. The Tornados host Timberline (Lacey, WA) to confront the Blazers in a non-league battle on Friday, April 11. The Blazers come into the battle with a record of 5-0.
