The Avon Old Farms Beavers held off the visiting Berkshire School Bears lacrosse team by a tally of 9-8 in Wednesday's non-league game.
Next up, the Beavers play the Salisbury School Crimson Knights (Salisbury, CT) in a non-league game, on Saturday, April 12. Avon Old Farms will attempt to improve on its 2-2 season record. The Crimson Knights come into the game with a 4-0 record after their 18-5 non-league win over Trinity-Pawling School (Pawling, NY).
The Bears (0-4) will now prepare for their game against Loomis Chaffee School (Windsor, CT). The Pelicans come into the non-league game with a 3-1 record.
