Virginia High School Lacrosse - Independence overwhelms Woodgrove

The Independence lacrosse squad scored 16 points and limited the visiting Woodgrove Wolverines to 6 in the non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The now own a 5-0 record. They take the field next when they host Fauquier for a non-league contest on Wednesday, April 30.

Next, the Wolverines meet the Riverside Ram (Leesburg, VA) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, April 22. Woodgrove will attempt to better on its 2-4 season record. The Ram enter the contest with a 3-3 record after their 17-4 league win over Lightridge (Aldie, VA).
