In Wednesday's non-league match, the Spring Mills Cardinals (Martinsburg, WV) lacrosse team triumphed over the visiting Jefferson County Wild (Shenandoah Junction, WV), by a tally of 7-2.
Next up, the Cardinals confront the Mercersburg Academy Storm (Mercersburg, PA) in a non-league match, on Friday, April 11. Spring Mills will attempt to improve on its 3-3 season record. The Storm enter the match with a 1-2 record after their 10-1 non-league win over Musselman (Inwood, WV).
The Wild (2-4) will now prepare for their match against Preston (Kingwood, WV). The Knights enter the WVSLA -DII East match with a 1-3 record. In their last match, Preston got by Greater Garrett County (Grantsville, MD), 10-8, in a non-league match.
