New Jersey High School Lacrosse - Sparta sneaks past Jefferson Township

In Wednesday's league contest, the visiting Sparta Spartans lacrosse squad scored a tight 11-10 win over the Jefferson Township Falcons.

The Spartans (1-2) will now prepare for their contest against Montville (Montville, NJ). The Mustangs enter the Rizk contest with a 4-2 record. In their last contest, Montville nipped Roxbury (Succasunna, NJ), 16-2, in a league contest.

Next, the Falcons meet the Pequannock Golden Panthers (Pompton Plains, NJ) in a non-league contest, on Friday, April 11. Jefferson Township will attempt to better on its 2-2 season record. The Golden Panthers enter the contest with a 3-1 record after their 10-8 non-league win over NV - Demarest (Demarest, NJ).
