In Wednesday's league test, the Winchester Red & Black (Winchester, MA) lacrosse team overwhelmed the visiting Melrose Red Raiders (Melrose, MA), by a count of 16-4.

Next up, the Red & Black battle the Arlington Spy Ponders (Arlington, MA) in a Middlesex test, on Friday, April 11. Winchester will attempt to move on its 3-1 season record. The Spy Ponders enter the test with a 4-1 record after their 7-6 league win over Burlington (Burlington, MA).

The Red Raiders (1-1) will now prepare for their test against Wakefield Memorial (Wakefield, MA). The Warriors enter the Middlesex test with a 3-0 record. In their last test, Wakefield Memorial topped Belmont (Belmont, MA), 12-3, in a league test.
