Fans at Wednesday's non-league contest between the St. Xavier Bombers (Cincinnati, OH) and the visiting St. Xavier Tigers (Louisville, KY), witnessed St. Xavier's lacrosse squad gain a win over St. Xavier by a count of 12-10.
The Bombers (4-1) will now prepare for their contest against Brother Rice (Bloomfield Hills, MI). The Warriors enter the non-league contest with a 6-2 record. In their last contest, Brother Rice nipped Saint Viator (Arlington Heights, IL), 9-6, in a non-league contest.
Next, the Tigers meet the Hudson Explorers (Hudson, OH) in a non-league contest, on Sunday, April 13. St. Xavier will attempt to move on its 4-4 season record. The Explorers enter the contest with a 3-5 record after their 11-10 non-league loss to Mason (Mason, OH).
