Ardsley Panthers (Ardsley, NY) backers left the game pleased Wednesday as they saw their softball squad nudge the host John Jay Wolves (Cross River, NY), 7-2 in a non-league game.
With the triumph, Ardsley upgrades its record to 3-1 on the year. The Panthers host Nyack (Upper Nyack, NY) to play the Red Hawks in a non-league game on Monday, April 21. The Red Hawks enter the game with a record of 4-0.
The Wolves now own a 4-4 record. They play next when they host Tottenville for a non-league game on Thursday, April 10. John Jay will play a Pirates squad coming off a 11-6 non-league win over Scholars Academy (Queens, NY). The Pirates record now stands at 4-1.
