Cape Henlopen Vikings (Lewes, DE) backers left the game pleased Wednesday as they saw their softball squad thwart the host Dover Senators (Dover, DE), 19-2 in a league game.
With the triumph, Cape Henlopen upgrades its record to 7-0 on the year. The Vikings travel to Decatur (Berlin, MD) to play the Seahawks in a non-league game on Monday, April 14. The Seahawks enter the game with a record of 9-0.
The Senators now own a 0-5 record. They play next when they travel to First State Military Academy for a non-league game on Thursday, April 10.
