The crowd at Wednesday's non-league bout between the Warner Wildcats (Warner Springs, CA) and the host Hoover Cardinals (San Diego, CA), observed Warner's softball team notch a victory over Hoover by a final score of 24-13.

The Wildcats (7-3) will now prepare for their bout against Ocean View Christian (San Diego, CA). The Patriots go into the non-league bout with a 3-1 record. In their last bout, Ocean View Christian gained a win over Julian (Julian, CA), 18-17, in a non-league bout.

In their next game, the Cardinals battle the Guajome Park Academy Frogs (Vista, CA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, April 11. Hoover will attempt to better on its 3-6 season record. The Frogs go into the bout with a 3-7 record after their 9-8 non-league win over Victory Christian Academy (Chula Vista, CA).
