Next, the Knights meet the Laguna Hills Hawks (Laguna Hills, CA) in a Golden West challenge, on Friday, April 11. Katella will attempt to upgrade on its 7-9 season record. The Hawks go into the challenge with a 1-9 record after their 14-0 league loss to Buena Park (Buena Park, CA).

The Cavaliers (7-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Savanna (Anaheim, CA). The Rebels go into the non-league challenge with a 3-14 record. In their last challenge, Savanna was routed by Los Amigos (Fountain Valley, CA), 11-0, in a league challenge.
