The Woodland Cardinals (Marble Hill, MO) softball nipped the visiting Oran Eagles (Oran, MO), 11-10 in Wednesday's non-league outing.
The Cardinals now sport a 4-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Malden for a non-league outing on Thursday, April 10. Woodland will encounter a Green Wave team coming off a 10-5 league win over Dexter (Dexter, MO). The Green Wave record now stands at 7-3.
With the loss, Oran moves to 4-4 on the season. The Eagles travel to East Prairie (East Prairie, MO) to encounter the Eagles in a non-league outing on Thursday, April 10. The Eagles come into the outing with a record of 5-1.
