The Smithsburg Leopards softball team scored 12 runs and held the visiting South Hagerstown Rebels to 2 in the Leopards non-league win on Wednesday.
The Leopards now possess a 2-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Catoctin for a CMC battle on Monday, April 14.
With the loss, South Hagerstown moves to 4-3 on the season. The Rebels host North Hagerstown (Hagerstown, MD) to confront the Hubs in a CMC battle on Monday, April 14. The Hubs come into the battle with a record of 0-3.
