The Centennial Eagles baseball team scored 8 runs and held the visiting Gresham Gophers to 6 in the Eagles non-league win on Thursday.

The Eagles now own a 4-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to La Salle for a 5A Northwest Oregon test on Tuesday, April 14. Centennial will clash with a Falcons team coming off a 14-2 non-league win over Cleveland (Portland, OR). The Falcons record now stands at 4-8.

With the defeat, Gresham drops to 2-7 on the year. The Gophers host Central Catholic (Portland, OR) to clash with the Rams in a 6A Mt. Hood test on Friday, April 10. The Rams go into the test with a record of 6-3. Central Catholic won 7-6 in their recent non-league test against Lake Oswego (Lake Oswego, OR)
