In Thursday's non-league bout, the Kansas Comets (Kansas, OK) baseball squad overwhelmed the visiting Sequoyah Indians (Tahlequah, OK), by a tally of 10-1.

Coming up next, the Comets play the Keys Cougars (Park Hill, OK) in a non-league test, on Friday, April 10. Kansas will attempt to improve on its 13-5 season record.

With the defeat, Sequoyah drops to 9-7 on the year. The Indians travel to Sperry (Sperry, OK) to play the Pirates in a non-league test on Monday, April 13. The Pirates go into the test with a record of 9-13.
