The Bolingbrook Raiders softball team scored 11 runs and held the host Naperville Central Redhawks to 9 in the Raiders non-league win on Thursday.
The Raiders now sport a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Oswego for a non-league battle on Monday, April 13. Bolingbrook will confront a Panthers team coming off a 11-0 non-league loss to Lincoln-Way West (New Lenox, IL). The Panthers record now stands at 4-5.
With the loss, Naperville Central moves to 0-2 on the season. The Redhawks host Plainfield East (Plainfield, IL) to confront the Bengals in a non-league battle on Saturday, April 11. The Bengals come into the battle with a record of 1-2. Plainfield East lost 7-6 in their recent non-league battle against Oswego (Oswego, IL)
