In Thursday's non-league test, the Madeira Mustangs and Amazons (Cincinnati, OH) lacrosse team overwhelmed the visiting Covington Catholic Colonels (Park Hills, KY), by a count of 17-4.
Next up, the Mustangs and Amazons battle the Summit Country Day Silver Knights (Cincinnati, OH) in a Region 8 test, on Saturday, April 11. Madeira will attempt to move on its 2-3 season record. The Silver Knights enter the test with a 0-5 record after their 8-4 league loss to Indian Hill (Cincinnati, OH).
The Colonels (3-5) will now prepare for their test against Collins (Shelbyville, KY). The Titans enter the non-league test with a 6-2 record. In their last test, Collins topped Shelby County (Shelbyville, KY), 13-6, in a league test.
