Missouri High School Softball - Ellington succumbs to Doniphan

In Thursday's non-league test, the Doniphan Dons and Donettes (Doniphan, MO) softball squad overwhelmed the host Ellington Whippets (Ellington, MO), by a tally of 14-0.

Next, the Dons and Donettes clash with the Mt. Vernon Mountaineers (Mt. Vernon, MO) in a non-league test, on Saturday, April 11. Doniphan will attempt to advance on its 6-0 season record. The Mountaineers go into the test with a 13-3 record after their 8-1 league win over Southwest (Washburn, MO).

The Whippets (3-5) will now prepare for their test against Van Buren (Van Buren, MO). The Bulldogs go into the non-league test with a 2-0 record.
