The Braintree Wamps crushed the host Framingham Flyers baseball team by a tally of 16-0 in Monday's non-league bout.
The Wamps now hold a 5-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Wellesley for a Bay State - Herget bout on Wednesday, May 3. Braintree will face a Raiders team coming off a 16-6 league loss to Natick (Natick, MA). The Raiders record now stands at 3-7.
Next, the Flyers face the Weymouth Wildcats (South Weymouth, MA) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, May 3. Framingham will attempt to advance on its 1-10 season record. The Wildcats enter the bout with a 8-3 record after their 18-1 league win over Needham (Needham, MA).
