The Musselman Applemen baseball team scored 13 runs and limited the host Moorefield Yellow Jackets to 0 in the Applemen non-league victory on Monday.
The Applemen (20-9) will now prepare for their match against Washington (Charles Town, WV). The Patriots go into the Eastern Panhandle match with a 11-16 record. In their last match, Washington was overwhelmed by Loudoun Valley (Purcellville, VA), 9-5, in a non-league match.
The Yellow Jackets (8-10) will now prepare for their match against Berkeley Springs (Berkeley Springs, WV). The Indians go into the Potomac Valley match with a 3-14 record. In their last match, Berkeley Springs was overwhelmed by Allegany (Cumberland, MD), 20-1, in a non-league match.
