In Monday's non-league test, the visiting Westerly Bulldogs lacrosse squad scored a tight 7-3 victory over the Johnston Panthers.
The Bulldogs now have a 6-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Rogers for a non-league test on Wednesday, May 3. Westerly will face a Vikings squad coming off a 11-4 non-league win over Providence Country Day (East Providence, RI). The Vikings record now stands at 2-5.
In their next game, the Panthers face the St. Mary Academy-Bay View Bengals (East Providence, RI) in a non-league test, on Wednesday, May 3. Johnston will attempt to move on its 2-7 season record. The Bengals come into the test with a 5-2 record after their 15-1 non-league win over Providence Country Day (East Providence, RI).
