The Pisgah Bears softball team scored 7 runs and limited the host Tuscola Mountaineers to 1 in the Bears non-league triumph on Monday.

With the triumph, Pisgah moves its record to 6-2 on the year. The Bears host East Henderson (East Flat Rock, NC) to play the Eagles in a non-league game on Tuesday, May 2. The Eagles come into the game with a record of 0-5.

In their next game, the Mountaineers play the West Henderson Falcons (Hendersonville, NC) in a non-league game, on Thursday, May 4. Tuscola will attempt to move on its 3-1 season record. The Falcons come into the game with a 4-1 record after their 7-0 non-league win over Franklin (Franklin, NC).
