In Monday's non-league battle, the Green Mountain Rams (Lakewood, CO) lacrosse squad edged the host Air Academy Kadets (US Air Force Academy, CO), by a count of 7-6.
Coming up next, the Rams clash with the Dakota Ridge Eagles (Littleton, CO) in a 4A Foothills battle, on Wednesday, May 3. Green Mountain will attempt to advance on its 9-5 season record. The Eagles come into the battle with a 12-2 record after their 14-5 league win over Conifer (Conifer, CO).
The Kadets now own a 7-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Cheyenne Mountain for a 4A Southern battle on Wednesday, May 3. Air Academy will clash with a Red-Tailed Hawks squad coming off a 16-2 league win over Lutheran (Parker, CO). The Red-Tailed Hawks record now stands at 10-3.
