In Monday's non-league contest, the Starpoint Spartans (Lockport, NY) lacrosse squad routed the host Sweet Home Panthers (Amherst, NY), by a count of 14-2.

Coming up next, the Spartans confront the Lewiston-Porter Lancers (Youngstown, NY) in a Class C contest, on Friday, May 5. Starpoint will attempt to advance on its 6-5 season record.

The Panthers now own a 1-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Orchard Park for a Class B contest on Tuesday, May 2. Sweet Home will confront a Quakers squad coming off a 8-7 non-league loss to Penfield (Penfield, NY). The Quakers record now stands at 7-2.
