Next, the Bulldogs confront the William Blount Governors (Maryville, TN) in a 3A District 4 challenge, on Wednesday, May 3. Bearden will attempt to better on its 12-0 season record. The Governors enter the challenge with a 13-5 record after their 5-0 non-league win over McMinn Central (Englewood, TN).

The Highlanders now have a 7-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Maryville for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, May 2. Gatlinburg-Pittman will confront a Red Rebels team coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Oak Ridge (Oak Ridge, TN). The Red Rebels record now stands at 6-5.
