The Atlantic Shores Christian Seahawks baseball team scored 6 runs and limited the visiting Deep Creek Hornets to 3 in the Seahawks non-league victory on Wednesday.
The Seahawks (13-8) will now prepare for their match against Broadwater Academy (Exmore, VA). The Vikings go into the Metropolitan match with a 8-10 record. In their last match, Broadwater Academy edged Holly Grove Christian (Westover, MD), 23-5, in a non-league match.
The Hornets (7-6) will now prepare for their match against Grassfield (Chesapeake, VA). The Grizzlies go into the Southeastern match with a 9-2 record. In their last match, Grassfield edged Oscar Smith (Chesapeake, VA), 10-0, in a league match.
