In Wednesday's non-league game, the host Coon Rapids Cardinals baseball team scored a nice 18-0 victory over the St. Paul Central Minutemen.
The Cardinals (5-4) will now prepare for their game against Champlin Park (Champlin, MN). The Rebels go into the Northwest Suburban game with a 5-3 record. In their last game, Champlin Park was overwhelmed by Andover (Andover, MN), 4-3, in a league game.
The Minutemen (4-3) will now prepare for their game against Minneapolis South (Minneapolis, MN). The Tigers go into the non-league game with a 3-3 record. In their last game, Minneapolis South overcame Patrick Henry (Minneapolis, MN), 15-5, in a league game.
