The Southeast Pirates baseball team scored 14 runs and limited the host East to 1 in the Pirates non-league victory on Wednesday.
The Pirates (11-6) will now prepare for their match against John F. Kennedy Catholic (Warren, OH). The Eagles go into the Portage Trail match with a 12-4 record. In their last match, John F. Kennedy Catholic gained a win over Rootstown (Rootstown, OH), 5-2, in a league match.
The (1-13) will now prepare for their match against Badger (Kinsman, OH). The Braves go into the non-league match with a 1-10 record.
