The crowd at Wednesday's non-league bout between the Tri-City Christian Eagles (Vista, CA) and the host Bayfront Charter Sharks (Chula Vista, CA), saw Tri-City Christian's volleyball squad nip Bayfront Charter by a tally of 3-2.

With the win, Tri-City Christian upgrades its record to 8-8 on the year. The Eagles travel to Horizon Prep (Rancho Santa Fe, CA) to play the Lions in a non-league bout on Saturday, May 4. The Lions go into the bout with a record of 10-11. Horizon Prep lost 3-0 in their recent league bout against School for Entrepreneurship & Technology (San Diego, CA)

The Sharks now own a 11-19 record.
