The Darien Blue Wave lacrosse team scored 13 points and limited the visiting IMG Academy Ascenders to 5 in the Blue Wave non-league triumph on Wednesday.
The Blue Wave (6-0) will now prepare for their game against Wilton (Wilton, CT). The Warriors enter the Fairfield County-East game with a 3-1 record. In their last game, Wilton toppled West Islip (West Islip, NY), 10-7, in a non-league game.
The Ascenders (14-6) will now prepare for their game against Greenwich Academy (Greenwich, CT). The Gators enter the non-league game with a 0-2 record.
